These Terms of Service govern your use of theneurofox.com and your relationship with theNeuroFox. By using this website, submitting a form, or working with us, you agree to these terms.
Services
theNeuroFox provides applied neurology education, brain-based exercise programs, theNeuroMapping App, and related 1:1 coaching for wellness purposes. These services are not medical treatment and do not constitute a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship. Nothing on this website, in the app, or communicated during a coaching session should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have a medical condition, injury, or concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a program.
Program & Waitlist Access
Interest in 1:1 coaching is submitted through the Work With Me application on this site; program and app access is requested through the waitlist forms. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance or availability — we will follow up directly about next steps, timing, and any cost involved.
Virtual Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Booking a virtual 1:1 appointment requires 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed entirely, will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.
Client Intake Form
A completed Client Intake Form is required before every virtual appointment and must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to submit the form in time may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, and the cancellation policy above will apply. The intake form collects health information necessary to provide safe and appropriate services.
Information You Provide
Accurate information about your pain, history, and goals helps us point you toward the right program or coaching approach. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect our ability to help you.
Limitation of Liability
theNeuroFox provides wellness services in good faith and in accordance with professional standards. However, results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on health history, lifestyle, and other factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, theNeuroFox's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Contraindications and Your Responsibility
Certain health conditions may make applied neurology drills inadvisable. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions to us and to consult a healthcare provider when appropriate. theNeuroFox reserves the right to decline or modify guidance based on health and safety concerns.
