Forms on this site. When you submit the Work With Me application, join a program or app waitlist, or request the free guide, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, and (on the Work With Me form) details about your pain, what you've already tried, and your availability.

Research questionnaire. If you complete the pain research questionnaire, we collect your name and your answers, and — only if you choose to share them — an email and phone number so we can follow up if you asked to stay in touch.

Website usage. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember whether you've dismissed a banner and to save your in-progress questionnaire answers on your own device.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, notify you when a waitlist opens or a guide is ready, follow up on program or coaching interest, and improve theNeuroFox's programs and content.

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Supabase. Form submissions and questionnaire responses are stored using Supabase, our database provider. Supabase acts as our data processor and does not use your information for its own purposes.

Resend. Emails we send you — such as a requested guide or a confirmation — are delivered through Resend, our email provider.

Health-Related Information

Some of our forms ask about your pain and history so we can point you toward the right program or understand your situation before we respond. This information is stored securely and is not shared with any third party except as required by law. theNeuroFox is not a healthcare provider, and this information is not part of a medical record.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver the program, app access, or guide you requested, and keep basic business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us using the form on this site.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, reach out through our contact form.

Children

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
